Lovely bright, clean, quiet and comfortable unit equipped with all your possible needs. A short stroll on a sandy track straight to the beach. Birdwatchers paradise! Most enjoyable time had here.
Apartment is well appointed and was clean. Garage spacious and very useful. Stairs were a surprise (we didn’t read the fine print) and a bit steep. The laundry had a bad smell. The electronic guides were inadequate and we would have liked hard copies to more easily access tv. The check in procedure seemed very onerous in its requirements.

Just to clarify, the laundry odour was noted on your departure and we arranged for it to be investigated immediately. The team has attended and addressed the issue, and we are confident it has now been resolved.
We really do appreciate you bringing it to our attention. While some of our procedures, including guest verification and digital guidebooks, can feel detailed, they are in place to ensure compliance with insurance requirements and to protect the owner’s property. That responsibility sits with us as managing agents, and we take it seriously.
We also understand the preference for hard copy guides. We do have printed versions ready for placement, however electronic guides allow us to keep information current and avoid outdated instructions.
