Your home away from home is waiting for you. Centrally located in downtown Langford, you are moments away a from a variety of restaurants, good shopping and the highway to Victoria and up-island. Also conveniently close to major bus routes to downtown Victoria.
The suite will have everything you need to feel comfortable in your stay. The owners are happy to accommodate most needs, and you will be provided with all your essentials. You will have access to your own in-suite laundry, a dishwasher, a cozy bed as well as pots, pans, cutlery and more. Welcome et bienvenue!
Please Note: there is a toddler loving upstairs you should anticipate some noise from above.

Great little home away from home

What a lovely space. Sleeps 4, complete kitchen and laundry. A nice outdoor space for meals, or drinking ones coffee. A short distance to superstore, walmart, and costco. We had a great family vacation and would highly recommend this property to others.

Cozy place to stay

It was cozier than I had expected, but overall a nice little place. It was awesome having our own laundry room! The house is right behind the fire hall, so when you step outside it is quite a loud area. Location is convenient though.

Nice property in a great location. Close to Save On Foods, Costco, Timmy's etc. The couch converts into a double bed which is great for kids and is actually really comfy! Good access to get anywhere you need to go. House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Owner responded to my texts right away. We'd definitely stay here again!

Property was good, lots of room for two people. Bathroom was large with a good sized shower with body wash and hair products provided. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, including some condiments. Main area and bedroom were a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The wash and dryer were great with pods provided. Would stay again.

The host was very responsive however we had issues with the property being cleaned. We could feel the floors werent thoroughly cleaned and we found it difficult to be comfortable especially with the kids. Other than that it was fine.

Excellent stay!

Spacious, clean rental. All you need for a short, or long term stay. Reasonable walking, or short driving distance to all amenities. Convenient to both Highways 1 and 14. A bit of noise from upper home, but that was described in the listing. One suggestion to the owners is to have the room pre-heated before guests arrive. The floor stayed cold for a couple of hours. I would gladly recommend this property.

Why they chose this property

With access to the entire suite with its own kitchen, laundry and bedroom with a door, this suite is perfect for those who are looking for their home away from home. The suite is in the ideal location for a stop-over from the mainland on your way to explore the rest of Vancouver Island, or for guests who are looking for a longer, more comfortable stay. We welcome quiet, and friendly pets as well.

The property is nestled in the heart of Langford, and yet off the main-drag so feels like a quiet getaway. We are moments from major bus routes to downtown Victoria -- which is the hub for routes up to Swartz Bay ferry terminal and other spots around Victoria-- and also within walking distance to major grocery stores, department stores, and shopping.

For guests with a vehicle, the property is also a short drive to outdoor adventures like Florence Lake, Thetis Lake or Langford Lake. Locals enjoy walking their dogs, kayaking, and swimming in these havens from the city life. More adventurous guests can drive to Goldstream Provincial Park or the Sooke Hills for more rigorous day-hikes and other adventures.

The suite has the unique benefit of including all necessities for daily life as well as being close to major amenities, while also being a quiet, restful spot for those who just need to get away.
Please note there is a 3 year old who lives upstairs so there is a bit of noise transfer. But all is quiet after 8pm.
