River Gardens Axedale Pet Friendly B&B Farm Stay - Self Contained Unit

You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming B&B. After a home cooked breakfast spend hours wandering in the gardens, watch the birds that have made River Gardens their home or stroll along the river banks or the spectacular gardens.
The river is literally jumping with fish if fishing is your thing.
We have it all, but If you need a little more excitement, we are only 20 minutes from either Bendigo or Heathcote and 15kms to Lake Eppalock and 6 minutes to Heathcote Park Raceway.

The River Gardens Homestead is an off the grid farmstead that overlooks the Campaspe river. Set in nearly 2 acres of spectacular gardens with water features and right on the banks of the Campaspe river, guests are ensured of having a restful holiday.
The unit is under the farmstead roofline but is totally self contained with its own entrance. Only the laundry is a shared facility.

Guests have their own entrance, bedroom with a double bed, kitchen/lounge room which includes a sofa that converts to a double bed, a full oven with double hot plates, microwave, full fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine and their own ensuite with walk in double shower. Guests have access to all 133 acres of the farm including over 400 metres of Campaspe river frontage and approximately 2 acres of spectacular manicured gardens.
Pets are more than welcomed but we do charge a one off $40 fee.
Access to the owners residence is not permitted.

We are totally off grid with solar power, tank water and septic sewerage system.
Please try to be mindful of this and to keep showers short, and to turn off lights, air conditioning etc. when not needed.
Finally, as septic is quite fussy, please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. There are bins provided in the bathroom for everything else.
