Very spacious apartment,, all you need is there . Very quick access to the pool. We had our dogs with us which worried me because they are used to big spaces but this fit perfectly for us. Will be coming again !!!!

This was our second time staying in this unit. This time is was a little different. The Keurig coffee pot did work but was broken - we had to hold the lid down so it would brew. The master bedroom needed some attention. The bathroom sink would not drain without us putting something down there to hold the trap open. When we removed the sheet (no mattress cover at all) the mattress had lots of trash and stains on it. The remote needed batteries and a back battery cover (which we found extra batteries in the drawer). Everything was comfortable and great location just did not feel very clean

Great place and location. Close to beach Broadway at Beach barefoot landing. Dog friendly. Lower level which is perfect for pets. Had everything you needed.Will definitely be staying here again. One advice. Provide more wash clothes for bath and kitchen. We only had 1.

Nice Place Near Broadway at the Beach

Overall, the property was a nice place to stay. Great location, near Broadway at the Beach. The unit is on the first floor, which has it's positives and negatives. We brought our dogs, so taking them out was a breeze since the back patio opened directly onto the communal green space. The main downside to being on the first floor is you can hear whenever the neighbors in the unit above walk anywhere in the unit (floor boards above creak with every step). Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Property is in a great location and is large, but lacks comforts

You get what you pay for, and there is good value with this unit. However, the beds are uncomfortable there wasn’t a Carbon Monoxide detector on site and the communication with the host was very inconsistent with large gaps following basic questions. Could use some touch ups in a lot of areas and some new appliances (such as toaster, coffee maker, etc…)

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It appeared to have been freshly painted with new curtains. Perfectly located and we love being on the first floor with our puppy. Only negative is you can hear the people above you especially in the mornings which is just the way these units are built. As with all rentals there were a few little things that could have been better but overall we were very happy. We would definitely rent this unit again.
