Exatamente como anunciado

Todo o processo foi bem simples, o contato com o Augusto foi muito simples e sempre solicito. Imóvel exatamente como anunciado, pequeno mas EXTREMAMENTE bem cuidado e funcional. Os arredores ainda não estão desenvolvidos, então ainda tem poucas opções de comércio (para fazer a pé). Mas é uma área muito promissora. O principal, é que eu ficaria lá novamente.
