This was an amazing place! Beautiful, the hosts are so friendly. We had everything we needed and it was so clean. Just 10 minutes outside of Cairns. Highly recommend staying here!

A well equipped, immaculate beach guesthouse. The location of the guesthouse was a great base for exploring the area around Cairns. The pool was fabulous to cool off in each day. The hosts were friendly and very helpful making our stay a perfect holiday get away.

We absolutely loved our stay, Annette and Ray were wonderful hosts! We had everything we needed, plus a little chocolate surprise was waiting for us in the fridge (perfect for my sweet tooth!) The guesthouse is located in the perfect location, close to cafes and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again during our next trip to Cairns!

Amazing stay

Had a great stay, with everything that we needed and more- especially for cooking and washing. In a good neighbourhood, close walk to the nice and quiet town/ beach. Annette and Ray took such great care of us, showing us the local area and providing snacks and other small everyday items to make this stay more comfortable. Highly recommend this Stayz and definitely will be back for any future trips to the area!

The cabin was nice but the toilet and shower was not hygienic. Its located in a bsck yard of the owners and they watch your every move. No privacy at all. Whats worse is they threw me out for washing linen. Really mean controlling people. Sad because the cabin was very comfortable and drdpite being in a flight path, it was quite peaceful.

Sad that this review was put up at all after you were happy with everything on arrival, but the following day started pulling everything apart and washing linen everyday and sometimes at night. We are very offended by your comments on the shower hygiene, as we take great pride in our property and have only ever received praise. Fresh linen is throughout the guesthouse and if guests need additional linen they discuss with us. We have been hosting for almost five years and never had a guest just start washing all our linen day/night. We don’t watch our guests, as we both work but noticed the washing being left out on the clothes line day/night and the same linen everyday. It was agreed by both parties that serviced accommodation would be more suitable for you and a refund was arranged.
