One of the rooms very dirty

We made a reservation based on pictures on the internet. When we got there we found out we were on a building that was not the main building and it had steep steps up to the second floor, and no elevator. I’m handicapped and wouldn’t have been able to make it up and down the steps. Also, guests in that off shoot villa can’t use the pool there and to get to the main pool for someone in a mobility scooter was a challenge as there were no connecting ramps. We were moved to room 305 which was a nice clean room. Then moved to room 307 which was so dirty we were afraid to sleep on the beds. The bedspreads were stained and there were food particles everywhere, it was disgusting. The beds you could feel the springs dig into your back. We were paying full resort rates per night for this room. The whole property is overpriced. It’s not directly accessible to the beach, which of course they never say and the photos try to hide. Pool is small and crowded with kids. Luck of the draw which room will be kept up well by the owners as they are individually owned. I would take my hard-earned money somewhere else right on the beach.

Great property but needs a bigger sofa/couch sleeps 6 but only 3 can sit on the couch.
