Gorgeous single level contemporary home, perfectly positioned to capture the breath-taking views. Sitting on 100 acres, this home also has a large dam with it's own little island!

There are 4 king size bedrooms with built-ins, a study, 3 bathrooms (2 are ensuites), 4 living areas plus a theatre room There is ducted air conditioning throughout and the living areas open onto tiled patios and entertaining areas looking out onto landscaped gardens. There is also a separate spa house with a hot tub.

Only 10 minutes to supermarket, shops and 15 minutes to the beach.
