Wonderful property, enjoyed the home and the resort. Clean, plenty of towels and dish pods and laundry detergent provided. Lots of space for food and drinks in many fridges and easy walk to resort amenities. Would recommend staying! Do note that pool and resort activity access is not included and requires a day pass or a home pass which was a bit to expensive for us for how long we were going to be around.
One Word: RUN.I booked this cabin two months in advance on VRBO, but the host (Gabe/Gabriel) told me to pay through his own company, ERO Rental — first red flag. When we arrived, another group was already staying there, having booked on another site just two days earlier. The host ignored every message and call.Even the resort concierge said, “Oh, I know that cabin — this happens all the time.” Hours later, someone from his company offered a “replacement” cabin that was dirty, smelled awful, and looked nothing like the photos. We canceled and booked a hotel instead. Avoid this property. The host is unreliable, unresponsive, and the listing is completely misleading.
