The Space:
This exceptionally layed out comfortable and spacious premium pad invites you in with it's unique style and amazing views from all locations!
The well-appointed lounge features unique & original artworks, premium furnishings and large leather comfortable corner couch . Plenty of spaces to sit or lounge, take in the views or capture the sun. There's also a flat screen tv if you wish to relax and enjoy a movie. The dining table accommodates 4 and also makes a great desk.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to self-cater including Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, stove top, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc.
The master bedroom oozes style, has a lovely cozy bed with high quality linens ensuring a restful sleep so you wake up rejuvenated. Start your day relaxing in bed in your private master bedroom with a tea or coffee while watching the glistening harbour views from your own private balcony. After a day out on the town when you're ready to relax down there's an additional tv for you to enjoy while tucked up in your comfortable bed. There are 2 wardrobes so plenty of room for his and hers and the master bedroom has it's own private ensuite with bath, shower and two vanities.
The toilet has separate access from the master ensuite and leads into the lounge or 2nd bedroom making it ideal for additional guests of up to 4. The bathroom/s are stocked with white fluffy towels, hair dryers and bathroom amenities so you can pack light.
Great for short and long stays because it's not just an apartment it's also your own home and directly across the road is the awesome Tepid baths facility with gymnasium, pool, spa, sauna and steam room.

With over 30 bars and restaurants to choose from in one waterfront destination, and on your doorstep. The Viaduct is a superb place to dine or relax and watch the world go by.
Open from breakfast till late, the precinct has well located parking facilities for your car or boat and hosts regular events to add to the vibrant environment that Viaduct Harbour is renowned for.
Auckland's most desired central real estate with an array of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The buzzing Wynyard Quarter development is within a 10 minute walk and the new Commercial Bay establishment offers high end retail and a wide range of classy food options.
Enjoy harbourside walks around the marina and directly opposite the complex, or if you feel like you need a work out pop across the road to the iconic Tepid Baths, it has two pools, spa, steam and sauna and gym facilities.
The ferry terminal is a five minute walk, we recommend visiting Waiheke Island, perhaps even a winery tour while you’re there! The Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by and taxis are all available at the entrance to Princes Wharf. The Auckland Explorer Bus is the city's original hop on hop off sightseeing tour and pick up is across the road from Princes Wharf. Explore Auckland's top attractions in your own time and enjoy interesting commentary and friendly service along the way.
Most of Auckland’s central attractions are within walking distance of each other. There are wharf side promenades and walkways around Viaduct Harbour and the spaces of Wynyard Quarter, overlooking the marina and harbour.
Getting Around:
To and from the Airport
Auckland Airport is 21 km from the city centre. The SkyBus is the most economical and often easiest way of getting into town. Taxis or Uber are abundant and convenient, and could be quicker depending on traffic, but of course are more expensive. Furthermore, it's even more economical to share a shuttle bus, or even cheaper to take a regular bus service. See below for more details.
Taxis
A taxi to downtown Auckland takes around 30–45 minutes, depending on traffic. Taxi ranks are available at both terminals (International and Domestic) and are well-signposted. There’s a separate rank for shuttles and for pre-booked taxis. Companies that serve the airport include:

Shuttle
Super Shuttle within New Zealand, offers shared rides, and can be cheaper than taking individual taxis. The journey can involve multiple stops, so may take longer than a regular taxi.
Ride services/Uber
Ride services such as Uber are an alternative to taxis, matching passengers with drivers via mobile app. A ride between the airport and the city centre takes 30–45 minutes Download the app to get started.
SkyBus
The SkyBus takes around an hour to travel between the airport and the city centre. The departure points are well-signposted at both terminals. There are buses available 24 hours at the International Terminal, and from 6 AM to 1:45AM at the Domestic Terminal. Fares can be purchased onboard or at machines.
Public Transport
Auckland’s extensive bus network consists of 3 colour-coded routes – InnerLink, CityLink and OuterLink. The 4 main train lines serve outlying areas like Manukau and Onehunga. Ferries to Rangitoto Island, Waiheke Island and other areas around Hauraki Gulf depart from Auckland Ferry Terminal. An AT HOP smart travelcard saves you money on public transport fares. Timetables and transit links are provided by Auckland Transport.

Cots and high chairs are available to guests on request for additional charge.
Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.
