The Space:
This light and contemporary space offers generous and trendy city fringe living. The open living and curated but gentle interior themes emanate a chic and very relaxing environment through the soft tones and muted design elements. It’s a fantastically thought out space to unwind in or entertain in.
The lounging area is basked in sunlight during the day, with its tranquil energy it’s the perfect space to enjoy doing nothing. It has a top of the line smart TV so you can enjoy all the best tv shows and movies, with access to all streaming apps (Netflix, neon, Youtube, spark sport, sky sport) and terrestrial TV channels, you will have endless options, perfect for a rainy afternoon or quiet night in.
The open and refined kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances and modern kitchen essentials to help you impress your guests with their favourite meal, enjoy cooking, creating and entertaining in this lovely bright and open space.
The bedrooms are both beautiful and light and have room darkening shades for night time to ensure a restful night sleep. They both have ample wardrobe space so you can unpack and really feel at home. The beds are of premium quality with excellent crisp linens and beautiful plush pillows to ensure you wake up feeling rejuvenated. The primary bedroom is very spacious and features an ensuite, the second bedroom is right next door to the shared bathroom.
There is a laundry area for you to use during your stay, with a washer/dryer (2 in 1 machine) and laundry detergent provided.

Wynyard quarter is sought after for its prime location between the city and funky neighbouring suburbs, it has all the conveniences of city living without the hustle and bustle.
Enjoy morning or evening strolls around the marina stopping for a coffee at sunrise or vino in the evening at one of the cute cafes or bars. The viaduct and it’s a fantastic array of restaurants is also within walking distance or if you’re into motorised transport jump on an e scooter! The neighbouring suburbs offer even more exciting and chic dining and shopping experiences so this is without a doubt the best position for your Auckland trip to be filled with exploring, shopping and delicious food.

The Neighborhood:
The 155 Beaumont complex is a quiet residential building in Wynyard Quarter within walking distance to many amazing cafes and restaurants, but far enough way to be peaceful. See the immediate area by foot or scooter and zoom through Wynyard Quarter and Silo Park where you will find cafes and bars, the fish market, a basketball court and playground for the kids!
Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 15-minute walk away, you can find shopping for all ages and tastes at these hot spots, you will stumble upon hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart. Enjoy some fantastic walks nearby with the lush Victoria Park down the road and beautiful Westhaven board walk around the corner.
This is an enviable location with more than everything that you will need during your stay.

Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions, with beautiful walks along the waterfront, the viaduct basin, Wynyard quarter and west haven marina are all only a 5 minute walk leading you to spectacular views with restaurants along the way.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around you with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 15-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
There are also city link routes that will get you all around the city and to popular/in demand spots like the Skytower, the Auckland museum, hospital and domain, K road, and Mount Eden (Eden park stadium).
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Parking:
The carpark is not technically onsite but in the building next door, so you will need to walk 170m from the exit of the carpark to the entrance of the apartment.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys  not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.

If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.

No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.

Awesome location, clean and comfortable.
Besides Auckland being an awesome city, the condo was very clean and comfortable to stay with a great location adjacent to the waterfront and business district all within a short walking distance. The location was just amazing with any variety of foods that would fulfill your palate. The host was amazing and always responded quickly on any questions that I had. Also there was free car parking available for our rental car that was in a secure private lot. We are looking forward to a return trip in the future and hope to rent this unit again.

Excellent apartment in a great location.
Modern chic, clean and tidy. A very comfortable and pleasant stay. Only one block from many excellent Wynyard Quarter eateries. Have already booked our next visit.
