La Hacienda Condo 5 is a beautiful and newly refurbished San Felipe Vacation Rental located in San Felipe's La Hacienda beachside community. This 1,000 square foot condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps up to 6 guests with in-house internet. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and TV with satellite, plus a large window overlooking the pool and condo area.

The second bedroom features two full-size beds, a small desk area, and a full-size closet. Upstairs, you will find the living room with a large satellite TV, a 3-person couch, two comfortable chairs, and a balcony with beach and pool views. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking and dining needs.

La Hacienda has one of the best beaches in San Felipe — just a short walk away with complimentary palapas and shallow, wave-free waters. Sand dunes nearby are perfect for ATV and quad riding. No pool access between October 15th and March 31st. This pet-friendly rental includes 2 community access cards with a $50 refundable deposit per card.

Towels are not included. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a $400 utility deposit.
Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

Very nice property.

Very nice unit. Would have been nice to have towels and water supplied, but nice none the less. Far from restaurants and food shopping. Enjoyed our stay.

We loved that is an a gated community very quiet, very nice views so you can relax and the condo was very clean and is beautiful, we didn’t use the kitchen at all but I checked and it has everything you need. Definitely we will rent this place again.

Water was shut more than a day

A rather nice stay turned into a nightmare. There was no water for more than 24 hrs. Property manager answered by telling its an area wide cut off. But we saw the neighbors had water. More over there was a on site manager’s folk who came by next morning our departure day to collect keys. It was apparent than manager didn’t send him the prior day to help out with water outage. I asked for refund but the uncourteous reply was they will give credit for the next rental which I said is never gonna happen after the bitter experience..

Apologies about the experience. The water issue was limited to the condos within resort as we had explained. Because of the holidays, it took a little longer to resolve than expected. Again, sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Glad to see you otherwise had a great time. We look forward to hosting you on your next visit and will make it up to you.
