My family, along with friends decided to spend a weekend away from home and this location was perfect. Near all the things to do to keep everyone entertained and the views were amazing!
Very nice, clean mountain chalet. It really gives you a ski resort feel, with great views

Enjoyed the location, and the layout of the place was really neat! The trek up the mountain to the Condo was steep but we knew what we had signed up for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, neat design and decoration, although there are some upgrades that could be made. The balcony door handle was broken, and the fridge door had some wear. Kitchen amenities were a bit outdated. Also had a lack of hot water in the master bathroom, and some cleaning that needs to be better, although that’s on the cleaning service.Overall enjoyed our stay, with some minor maintenance this could be a 5-star place for a great price!

Beatiful view at the top of the mountain and comfortable accommodations.
Super easy check in and out process. Bedrooms were perfect when traveling with 2-3 couples. Location was great for driving to hikes and to downtown. The living room and kitchen area was tiny, but if you don’t plan on hanging around there then it won’t bother you.
Planned a last minute vacation to Tennessee. Enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and had all amenities. Saw bears every night. Great place to get away from reality! Pools were nice.

Relaxing
This condo was great, everything you needed within 4 miles. Far enough away to feel more connected to nature, while still being close to the attractions. Pigeon forge was close as well. My family had a great time.
Love the room decor, the pools , grills , and how much cooler it is up in the mountains. Roads are paved and curvy but no worse than any other mountains roads I have driven .
The views were breathtaking, the condo was clean and we had plenty of room. The only issue we had was just give us a heads up with how narrow the roads are with no shoulders and big drop offs.
Tammy was so easy to communicate with, the place was exactly as listed. Has fresh clean towels and bedding, which was very comfy. The kitchen has all you need, beautiful views of gatlinburg. We took our kids skiing for the first time at Ober mountain, and this unit has an ideal view of it which was a surprise to us that we loved. Worth noting how great the view is in listing. Perfect little weekend getaway that slept 6, very cozy!
Great views, cute space, nerve racking drive to the top but worth it once you get there. One hot tubs heater was broken and pool was over loaded w kiddos but it was spring break so to be expected. There were a few spots in the space needing tweaked but overall we enjoyed our short stay and would stay again.
View was great! Saw bears every day @ property. Condo was small but cozy. Only weird thing was there was only one kitchen towel and no general cleaner to clean counters throughout stay. Would definitely recommend!

Owner’s Response: “Hi Brodie, thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry that your expectations weren’t fully met during your stay. The square footage of the condo is listed online, but I understand how important it is that everything aligns with what you envisioned. September in the mountains tends to be quite cool, so I hope you were able to enjoy the beautiful weather as well. It’s possible the previous guest set the thermostat to 77°F before their departure, but it’s fully adjustable upon arrival to suit your comfort. Please know that we are always available to assist guests at any time. We’re here to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We hope you keep us in mind for your future travels. We’d love to host you the next time you visit.”

In the Mountains
We only stayed one night. This place is actually in the mountains with narrow roads with no guard rails. I was very afraid to travel by vehicle and ended up finding other accommodations for the remainder of my trip.

Hi LaTasha, thank you for your review. We’ve passed your feedback along to the homeowner, so they can continue to improve for future guests. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.
We loved our short stay at this quaint condo in Gatlinburg. Decorated very cute and beautiful view from patio. It is a 3rd story condo without an elevator if you have difficulty on the stairs though. Being at the top of the mountain is really cool, but we were a little nervous driving! Minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. We hiked, went horseback riding and explored the city’s restaurants and stores.
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I had was that there is no elevator, but that was not the listings fault, I did not read the description throughly. The location was pretty close to most of the attractions, but be ready for a pretty treacherous drive, you are WAY up there!! Overall, it was a nice condo and my kids enjoyed the luxury of an indoor and outdoor pool. We also so lots of bear on the premises, so be prepared for that!
The unit was clean and bedrooms are nice. The kitchen is small, making entire meals there is challenging but possible. Also, not a lot of living space for capacity: living room seating for 4 but sleeps 6-8. Note that the drive up/down the mountain is a good 15-20 minutes before you get to downtown Gatlinburg. It is high up there. You end up looking down on Ober Gatlinburg. But overall, nice unit.

Review
The condo was very clean and tidy. It was spacious and decorated very nice. I was pleased overall with my stay. However, the indoor pool area was closed for construction update. This was NOT notated when I booked this place. This was a big reason why I booked here, since I was traveling with children. To swim indoors would have been an extra bonus to our stay. So we were a little disappointed to see this.

Cozy Condo
This condo felt like a cabin. We loved the design of the place and it had plenty room for our family. The host placed box fans in each closet and we used them every night. The balcony provides a great view of the mountains nearby and this place is only about a 10 minute drive from the main strip in Gatlinburg. The indoor and outdoor pools were both fun to use. We loved our short stay here and would love to come back sometime. We had a minor issue with a bedroom tv, but the host responded immediately and worked to solve the issue. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cabin feel at the price and convenience of a condo.
I struggled with this review as the property is as described, the views are excellent and it really is a cute property. Our family of five didn’t feel cramped but I’m not sure I’d stay here again. There were a lot of small things that just felt overlooked- like a flip. The screen door was off the hinges. One of the doors to a patio has no way to lock it. While since you’re three floors up, someone getting in is not a concern but keeping children in, is. Many of the towels had staining and some were so worn they really should be taken out of rotation. There were no tissues anywhere, or extra blankets. While I’m grateful for the shampoo- it was expired. Three of the four TVs didn’t work and the one that did, did not have access to CBS, which I think is a main channel. We dropped a doll under the bunkbeds upstairs and there was popcorn and trash under them. Also if you stay upstairs beware- it is SO LOUD from the wind and also very warm.

Hi Amy, we want our guests to arrive at a property that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness and condition of our properties seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:– We're glad you enjoyed the views and found the home spacious and as described. A recent storm caused the screen door to come off track after the cleaning, and we've asked maintenance to fix it promptly. The patio door is secured with a wooden stick on the track for added safety. As for the wind noise and warmth upstairs, they can be common on upper levels. Guests are always welcome to use the thermostat to help balance the temperature. All TVs are working, though some do require app navigation. We're always just a call or text away and would’ve been happy to help during your stay.– We stock blankets and linens to match the home’s maximum occupancy of six guests. Tissues aren’t listed among the included amenities, and our team is replacing the shampoo.– We’ve followed up with our cleaners regarding the stained towels and debris under the bunk beds to make sure these details are taken care of for future visitors.Thank you for sharing your experience. Your input helps us continue improving.
