Will definitely be back!
So clean, so cozy, so welcoming! We had the best weekend here. The house has just about everything you need and more! The house is situated in a great location with even more impressive views of the White River. I'm eager to book another trip here.
The home was very clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay. The railing for the stairs ends on the 2nd from the last stare at the bottom of the stars and can lead to a "misstep" if not careful in the morning with limited lighting.
This is beautiful home! You can see the river from just about everywhere amd walk right to it. Spacious, but not big. Incredibly clean. This home was perfect for a weekend away with our family.
Excellent location close to several access points and good fishing right from the property during low water periods. Really enjoyed cooking out on the pack patio and just watching the river roll by after a day of fishing!

Excellent place to stay. Cannot say enough good things about the home and location. Clean very well-maintained. Modern with all everything we needed.
The home was clean, modern and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The river being directly in the back yard was great. Mornings and evenings were spent simply enjoying the water flowing by. Hope to stay there again in the future.
Great place and location. House was clean and well taken care of. Water was up so we were not able to fish at the house but if the conditions were right it looked like a great spot.
2nd time staying here with me and my son for his birthday. Everything is always clean a stalked and operating. But the location is so perfect and we had an amazing 3 days of fishing. We will be back. Thanks again
Home and property were beautiful, just as displayed in listing. Water release from dam exceeded our expectations which brought our hopes of wade fishing to a halt. Our host Heather was great in helping us navigate the modern amenities of this super home. Hope to return someday

Awesome Home
Great for a family. This trip though was 4 men for a trout fishing trip. Extremely nice home with big screen TVs in the living room and patio. Natural gas grill and a pellet smoker on the back patio were an added plus! The bunk beds are the largest I’ve ever seen as size goes, definitely enough for grown men like myself who is 6’2” 260lbs. Shower upstairs is the only one available for guests and in my opinion doesn’t get hot enough. There is plenty of towels and wash rags provided! Garage is big enough for two full size pickups to fit in. The fishing along the bank was so so. The ones we caught were small and the current was swift even during low flow and got hung up in the grass quite a bit. During high flow don’t even chance it it’s too swift and high and dangerous!
My wife and I stayed with another couple at the house over Memorial Day weekend. The home is well-sized and well-decorated and sits right on the banks of the White River. Overall we enjoyed our stay, though there were some areas of disappointment. As an initial matter, the back porch area was not clean; the furniture was covered in crickets and spiders (webs, eggs, etc.). The outdoor ceiling fan was also not functional, which meant it was uncomfortable to sit out there for any period of time. More significantly, the first morning we awoke to no water. We contacted the property manager, who was responsive and arranged for a plumber. The plumber, however, was unable to correct the issue, and a second call to someone who could investigate the well was required. The issue was ultimately addressed within hours, but the issue compromised our morning plans. Lastly, the four of us ended up getting bitten by what we think are bed bugs, given the location and appearance of the bites. We discovered this after the weekend was over (as is consistent with bed bug bites). I called the property manager to inform her of the issue so that it could be addressed before the next set of guests. Regrettably, she insisted that these were bites from chiggers outside. Having grown up in a rural area, I am familiar with chigger bites and insisted these were not them. She was adamant I was wrong. I was disappointed in her response, particularly given that we were charged the full rate de

Hi Derrick, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: The porch can get dirty quickly due to its proximity to the river, but we've addressed this with our cleaning team. The ceiling fan has been fixed. As for the water issue, our rural location relies on a well, which isn't as reliable as city water, but we're happy our house manager resolved it quickly.Bug bites are common in our riverside, rural setting, but we assure you there are no bed bugs. We recommend bringing bug spray for outdoor use. We've also increased our pest control measures to keep the yard more comfortable. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
