Large family home only 3 minutes drive to the beach. Cafes, restaurants and surfing precinct all a short drive away. Located in a quiet part of Torquay with walking tracks and a reserve with playground across the road.
There is a large kitchen with large 900mm oven and gas cooktop. All utensils provided. Theatre room with smart TV. Large Spa bath in ensuite. Ducted air-conditioning and heating. Great House

Huge, very clean house. Plenty of space for 7 adults. Felt very much at home. Short drive to beach and centre of Torquay. Easy to communicate with host. Would love to stay there again. Pam

Family Getaway!

Booked this lovely home for a family holiday with another family. Helen was great to deal with, efficient and professional communication and definitely a beautiful surprise when we checked in with a welcoming hamper filled with goodies. The house was spacious and comfortable however we were very disappointed with the amount of cob webs everywhere & dust, no vacuum cleaner, oven trays were filthy, dead flies and dirt on window ledges, side of the couch in theatre room was extremely dirty. We spent our first day cleaning as we couldn’t cope with the cob webs & small spiders in the corners! For the amount of money we paid we expected the property to have been better maintained and cleaner. We did raise these issues with the owner in hope that future tenants will not experience any issues. Beautiful modern home, very spacious, comfortable, warm beds, plenty of room for 2 families with children however definitely needs a good clean!!!
