Bedroom rooms were big and beds comfortable. We were right next door to the pool(a plus). Needed a few cosmetic fixes, but nothing major. Overall we enjoyed our stay as usual.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our trip to Destin and have been to sandpiper cove before. We loved the location of 1089. Our overall stay and experience was great! The only thing that was an issue was the rental smelled of smoke and door had latch and code issues. Both of these were reported to the staff so hopefully they will take care of this for the future! We would stay there again☺️

We washed clothes before leaving, but the clothes came back with the odor of the condo. Wish the kitchen had been stocked with spices for cooking.

Everyone we talked to was extremely helpful and kind. They had all of the paperwork ready for us when we arrived late into the evening. The community is well taken care of and the condo was exactly what my family and I needed. The unit was clean and spacious, very close to all amenities including the beach. It was exactly what we needed and more!
