ATTENTION: according to Calgary STR regulations max capacity of the apartment is 4 Adults. Pets ARE NOT allowed in the building. If you arrive with pets concierge will not allow you to enter. No refund will be provided in this case. This is an ADULT ONLY residence, children are not allowed on the premises.We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an anti fraud measure.***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Stampede week
The room itself and building were awesome along with the on site manager. Location was amazing for stampede as the grounds were 2 blocks away.
The process of getting the booking finalized and checked in was a complete disaster. Globalstay manages the property and their lack of documentation and communication within lead to numerous documents having to be sent up to an including an hour before the check in process. I attempted to front load the process knowing how busy stampede gets and how backlogged companies get. Globalstay refused to provide any information early after booking and it was only until the week of did they contact me in a panic demanding documents or they would cancel the booking. Even after sending the required documents they asked for them again and again so they did not keep track of which agent received what information. If I try to book a room and find it is with Globalstay I will be looking elsewhere unless there is no other option.
