This fantastic brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is a place to make summer memories. This home has a great layout and is set up for the perfect family vacation. Some of the features are a large deck with lakeview and BBQ, a covered patio with private hot tub and lakeview, open concept common areas, and even room to park your boat or toys.

La Casa is a gated community of new homes with its' own gorgeous beach with floating trampolines, a marina/boat launch, pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball courts, a mini golf course, and a resort restaurant and store. Enjoy swimming, boating. paddle boarding or kayaking. Play beach volleyball or go visit the nearby wineries and take in a tasting.

The beautiful grounds have walking paths, and a playground for the kids. There is also access to miles of back country hiking, atving, and mountain biking trails.

Great home, in a great location. Host was quick to reply and rectify any issues that came up. Only suggestion I would make is blinds or curtains in the main room…. The sun can be pretty intense in the morning.

Perfect for a getaway with friends!

Spectacular! Right when you walk in your are blessed with a beautiful view of the lake with its wide open pane windows. The open concept was great for our celebration and the there is plenty of space of sleeping. The amenities are great and there is access to golf carts if you want easy access to the lake. Everything was in pristine condition and very clean! Would stay again :)
