Welcome! Come relax & enjoy the 180 degree views of Lake Okanagan from our beautiful Hillside Cottage. We offer modern designs, high end appliances and open concept living. This 2 bedroom + loft bed cottage is decorated with your comfort in mind. It includes king size memory foam mattresses to ensure a good night’s sleep, a spacious kitchen for those who enjoy cooking and two outdoor living spaces to sit back, relax & enjoy the views. The view from our deck is completely unobstructed unlike other properties in the area!

Our main floor living room has a large open concept layout and a 50” smart TV, connected to fast 150mbps fiber optic internet and Wifi that is available throughout the whole house. The two bathrooms offer both tub & shower options, as well as our included hotel style toiletries. Downstairs has another sitting area with a large 65” smart TV & a pullout couch bed, offering a great place for kids to hang out while the adults are upstairs. There are a variety of board and card games located in the downstairs closet that you can use for family game night. Downstairs also offers access to our covered patio where you can sit and enjoy the outdoors but be out of the hot sun. We highly recommend bringing a book & relaxing on one of the two hammocks we provide for under our covered patio. As the sun goes down and the weather starts to cool, you can fire up either of the propane fire pits located on both the deck & covered patio.

Our Hillside Cottage is located in La Casa Resort which offers lots of amenities to our guests. Whether you’re looking to slow down and get away from the busy life back home or if you’re on a mission to tackle that next adventure, La Casa Resort and its surrounding areas is the perfect place for your next vacation!

La Casa Resort offers 2 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, mini golf, a playground, tennis/pickleball courts, private beach access, fire pits by the water and boat launch. Golf Cart, Kayak & Paddle Board rentals are also available for booking through the La Casa Cottage Resort website. For your convenience, the upper swimming pool and hot tub are walking distance from our cottage! Please see below the dates of operation as some amenities are seasonal.

Looking for that next adventure? Our Hillside Cottage is located near some amazing local hotspots! Fintry Provincial Park is a 10 min drive away, Bear Creek Provincial Park is a 25 min drive away and Kelowna or Vernon is about a 40 min drive away. We highly recommend checking out our welcome book upon booking as we offer plenty of different hiking trail options, nearby beaches, excursions, where to eat, golf courses & wineries within the area!

Coming during the Fall/Winter? There are still plenty of fun activities to do this time of year. The resort is not as busy which creates this perfect calm and relaxing atmosphere. Taking a walk around the resort or the nature trails behind the resort is a wonderful way to spend part of your day. If there’s snow on the ground, the trails behind the resort are perfect for snowshoeing. Stuart Park in Kelowna offers Ice Skating opportunities. Ski or Snowshoe at the Telemark Nordic Club or Crystal Mountain Ski Resort. If you’re up for the drive, the famous Big White Ski Resort is about 1.5hrs away as well as the Silverstar Ski Resort which is 1hr away.

Please Note:

- The resort's hot tubs & swimming pools are open seasonally. The lower pool and hot tubs are open from May 1 to Thanksgiving, the upper pool from May 1 to mid September and the upper hot tub from Easter to mid September. The upper hot tub is also open during Remembrance day from Nov 5 - 14 as well as Christmas Break from Dec 17 - Jan 3. (Please note these times may change and are subject to availability as well as potential covid restrictions)

- We highly recommend bringing up all your own food with you. There is a convenience store located in La Casa but has limited stock. The nearest grocery store is 40 - 50 mins away in either West Kelowna, Downtown Kelowna or Armstrong. You can also order groceries from Save-On-Foods in West Kelowna online and they will deliver it to the cottage for your convenience.

- Having a vehicle to get around the resort is highly recommended. Our cottage is located on the top of the hill, and is about a 7 min drive down to the beach. The resort does offer golf cart rentals, however please make sure to book in advance as the summer months are busy and there is limited availability. You can book with them directly on the La Casa Cottage Resort website.

- We do not allow any parties, smoking, pets or unauthorized guests on the property. Additional Guests must be approved even if they are just stopping by. For security purposes, there are also outdoor cameras located around the property.
