The Space:

This spacious 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home in gated West Haven sleeps up to 13 guests and sits just minutes from Disney, Universal, and ChampionsGate Golf Club. The standout? Themed bedrooms that bring the magic home, from a Mario Bros bunk room to a princess suite, plus a Toy Story game room and a fully equipped Peter Pan nursery that families with young kids rave about.



Bedrooms Bathrooms

Three king master suites anchor the layout, each with en-suite bath and smart TV. Two upstairs masters open onto a private terrace overlooking the pool. The ground-floor accessible suite features wide doorways, grab bars, a roll-in shower, and roll-under sink — thoughtfully designed for guests with mobility needs.

- The Mario Bros room sleeps four on a double-over-twin bunk with an extra twin.

- The princess room has a double-over-twin bunk plus trundle, with dress-up costumes that kids adore.

- The sixth bedroom offers a queen bed and TV.

The Peter Pan nursery connects to one of the upstairs masters and comes stocked with a crib, changing table, rocking chair, bouncy seat, and baby bath.



Living Dining Kitchen

Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining area flows straight out to the pool through sliding glass doors. Leather sofas face a wall-mounted TV, great for winding down after park days. The dining table seats eight with pool views, and the breakfast bar adds four more spots. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals, from a slow cooker to kids' plates and a high chair.



Outdoor Amenities

Your private screened pool and lanai are where you'll spend every spare hour. Lounge chairs line the deck, and the covered patio has a dining table for breakfast or evening meals outside. A retractable safety fence keeps little ones secure. The Toy Story game room, a converted garage, with air hockey, pop-a-shot, a slide, and bins of toys that guests say rival the theme parks for entertainment value.



Good To Know

Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to check email or plan your days. In-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light. Two cars fit in the driveway; street parking isn't allowed per HOA rules. As a guest you'll have access to the West Haven clubhouse, community pool, air-conditioned fitness center, and tennis courts. ChampionsGate Village — with Publix, restaurants like Sakura Asian and Texas Roadhouse, and two championship golf courses — is three miles away. Pool heating is available November through April for $50 per day and must cover your full stay; request at least seven days ahead. This is a two-story home with stairs to the upper bedrooms.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the community amenities.



The Neighborhood:

The Shire at West Haven offers a clubhouse pool, an air-conditioned fitness center, and tennis courts, plus it's built on a small conservation area with lakes and areas ideal for spotting some Florida wildlife and bonding with nature. You'll be 3.3 miles from Championsgate Golf Club, their enormous clubhouse, pro shop, and bar, and Championsgate Village has a lot of on-site restaurants to dine-in or take out if you’ve already spent a long day at the park and don’t want to venture out too far! And you’ll be nearby all the theme parks and attractions, shopping & outlet malls. Our local restaurant recommendations would be: Sakura Asian, Texas Roadhouse, and Culvers.



Getting Around:

The home is about a 30-35 minute drive (28.5 miles|46 km) from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) -- check mobile map apps when you arrive as driving time will vary depending on the time of day. The home is located inside The Shire at West Haven.



Other Things to Note:

Pool & BBQ

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.  It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. The Shire is gated and you’ll use a gate code to gain access in. Both gate and door access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
