From the moment you step inside this unique coastal abode you are welcomed with a sense of calm. Reminiscent of an alpine retreat courtesy of its design by acclaimed Dinner Plains architect Peter McIntyre, the property is located within a short stroll to Blairgowrie foreshore and village. Complete with all the modern comforts required of a family getaway, the home is superbly styled with a leafy outlook from every room, and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces to relax or retreat.

IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Sorry, at this stage, the property is not pet friendly.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). The host reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking if a guest is deemed to be unsuitable.

• Double storey property with multiple indoor and outdoor living zones on the ground floor (bedrooms are on the first floor)

• Third sitting area with cosy inbuilt day beds and bean bags facing an ambient open fireplace
• 2 x north facing deck areas with outdoor dining for 10, outdoor armchairs, a hanging egg chair and hammock
• Ziegler & Brown BBQ
• Property has 2 x TV’s including a large smart TV, Bluray and Telstra TV box
• Heating/Cooling includes open fireplace, ducted heating, split system air-conditioning in the main living area and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms
• Laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities
• Onsite car parking for 2-3 cars (note the garage is not available for guest use)

Please note:
• Tariff includes hotel quality bed and bath linen (BYO beach towels), bathroom products and kitchen basics.
• A starter kit of firewood is supplied between May-August.
• This property may not be suitable for small children given the split level drop of around 40cm from the dining area to the rear living room (please refer to the photos around this).
• Free WIFI, with streaming services accessible via your own login.
• Access details will be provided late afternoon the day prior to your stay, after individual security codes are set.
