Reminiscent of a country homestead, Roseville Estate offers peace, position and privacy just 350m from the National Park, and a short walk to Blairgowrie’s back beaches and village. Set on a huge ¾ acre block, the property is beautifully styled with all the modern comforts required of a luxury family getaway, including two spacious light filled living areas opening to an expansive deck encircling the solar heated pool. Summer or winter, it is simply unforgettable.

IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). The host reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking if a guest is deemed to be unsuitable.

• The property is fenced at the rear, but there is a gap to the left of the house (which means small children will need to be supervised)
• Ample parking in the driveway for 3-4 cars (please note the garage is not available for guest use)

• It is important to understand that solar heating of pools in the Victorian climate is really only considered effective between the months of November-March, if and when there has been several consecutive days of consistent sunshine

Stunning property in a really quiet location super close to the back beaches, while also being close to central Blairgowrie. Huge block with plenty of room for children to play. In summer, a huge deck surrounds the solar heated pool, while in winter stay warm with central heating and two wood fireplaces, complete with firewood supplied from May-August.
