SPIN AT REDWOODS MUCH LOVED LYNMORE HOME A STONE'S THROW FROM REDWOOD FOREST

This area is often referred to as Mountain Bike Heaven.......you are but a stones throw to the Redwood Forest and world class MTB trails.

Catering for families, friends and corporate groups, this property is situated in a sought after, safe and secure residential area. This single level house is not only beautifully presented but is super functional providing what we hope to be almost everything you would need and more.

Fully fenced this property is ideal for young children, close to everything that Rotorua has to see and do and laid out so that even if you feel like a day in everyone can have their own space.

With two generous sized decks, an outdoor dining/BBQ area, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen and a games room at the other end of the house, even larger groups will be able to enjoy a bit of "me" time if they need to.

The more active guests will likely end up in the games room honing their table tennis, darts, and Xbox skills or watching Cable TV while the rest of your group will be enjoying each other's company at the other end of the house in the lounge/dining area.

There is a second toilet off the games room which is also perfectly placed for those utilising the queen and single rooms off the games room.

Linen (Bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels) are mandatory at this property at the additional cost of $35 per person.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
It would be really helpful if you do the dishes and empty the dishwasher before leaving.
If leaving before Friday 9am please put the rubbish bins out on the road verge. Recycling is every 2nd week & look at other properties to see if more than the RED lid is required.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Linen is mandatory at this property and will be charged at $35per person for the stay. The initial quote shows for 1 pax only
No camping, tents, or camper vans with the express permission of the manager
If you are at the property on a Thursday night please put the rubbish bins out on the curbside. Collection is on Friday mornings.
