Beautiful home on the water and only 5 blocks to the beach and even closer to 3rd St restaurants and shops! Rent this large home in one of Naples most coveted neighborhoods, Aqualane Shores. Enjoy water views on a wide canal with gulf access. This two story home is fully equipped for relaxing and enjoying a true Naples lifestyle. Enjoy your meals on the back deck by the pool where you can occasionally see a dolphin swim by or enjoy fishing off the dock or seawall. The house is tastefully furnished and consists of 5 bedrooms (1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 full bed), four full bathrooms, half bath, a family room, a living room, fully equipped renovated kitchen, and dining room that has a wall of windows facing the water. There is also a tranquil upstairs large covered balcony with water views looking down on the beautiful pool with spa and stand alone Jacuzzi. Outside by the lanai and pool bath there is a 4 person sauna. Amenities include air conditioning, two full size washers and dryers, 3 large HDTV with YouTubeTV with DVR and other streaming services, wireless 1GB fiber optic Internet, DVD and iPod system, gas grill and more. Plenty of parking with a garage and large driveway. House-trained dogs are welcome with pet deposit.

Huge House with Great Location

We spent almost 2 weeks in this home and especially loved the backyard area. Pool 90* and hot tub 102*. Trees overgrown for privacy means pool is shaded all day so temp was great. Lots of water toys, balls, floats, etc. Lots of seating, lounge chairs and big table for dining. Basketball hoop in driveway. We took the kayak out but not sure if stuff in boat house is meant to be accessed. This is a huge house built in the late 90s. Beds were SO comfortable. Speakers worked great for music inside and out. Great location and neighborhood, about 12 minutes to walk to the beach and half that to walk to the shops/Sat market on 3rd. Lots of towels and supplies for the beach in the garage. The house was an interesting mix of lived in and rental. Most of the closets were packed with artwork, chairs, extra bedding and other household items (or in the upstairs bedrooms - the closets were pretty lived in with dirty laundry and personal items. Bedroom drawers were cleaned out. My boys loved all the book options though!). But then there were price tags hanging off multiple pillows and a mirror that probably should've been hung up in the bedroom that made it feel more like a rental. Lots of books and games (but the first 4 we tried were missing pieces). Greg was responsive when the grill didn't work and got it working. I recommend confirming check-in instructions in advance - I had to reach out. We spend 6-8 weeks a year at high end rentals and felt like we paid for the great location and holiday dates, but otherwise the price was high for how the house was maintained - tubs didn't drain well, various facet handles didn't work well or at all, after multiple tries the upstairs shared shower never warmed up, fireplace didn't sound good, the ice maker had to be chipped out to clear 3 times before I think we got it working, all the bowls were chipped. Non-utensil kitchen drawers were crammed 'junk drawers'. There are lots of spices, oils, etc, however when I started checking dates, there was stuff from 2017 still in the cabinets. It's a great house, but the quality was not close to similar-priced homes we've rented before - I recommend adjusting the price, or doing a more thorough cleanout of drawers, cabinets, closets (and behind the beds/Murphy bed!) etc and add'l updates/maintenance, plus soap and shampoo in each bathroom (and tp - even one backup roll is helpful!). We've been coming to Naples for the holidays for 10+ years and this was the best location.

Arrival and check out were easy. The location and outdoor setting in fantastic. One bedroom has a Murphy bed, which was odd. The pool heater was not working when we arrived, and the pool was very cool. The pool is a major focus of this house, so I was surprised it was not working! Being the weekend, it took to Monday the tech was there to fix the heater Overall, it was a nice place to vacation.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and found the owner to be highly responsive. Great neighborhood in close proximity to 3rd street, 5th avenue and the beach. Construction on the street was a minor nuisance but beyond owners control.

One couldn't get a better location than this home...really an easy walk to the beach and old city part of Naples. The home has extra amenities - pool, bikes, kayaks and plenty of space. Greg was easily available when we had questions. We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Perfect Home

We have been going to Naples for years, and Greg’s home is in the perfect location. The house is gorgeous, and is in an upscale neighborhood within walking distance to 3rd Ave and 5th Ave, as well as the beach. The pool was perfect for my two young boys, and it was great to be able to walk everywhere. We also made use of the kayak and explored the canals. Greg was incredibly accommodating, and even helped us with our baby rental delivery. We truly loved staying at this home. There is not a more perfect location in Naples.

We stayed at this home over the Christmas Holiday and absolutely loved it. The back patio by the pool was perfect for the adults to sit in the sun or shade - while the kids (10 and 13) played in the pool. We fished off the boat dock and the kayaks were perfect for exploring the canal. We even saw dolphins and a manatee from the dock! The kitchen was great for gathering and we had many movie nights in the living room. The 5 bedrooms were in perfect condition and very welcoming. We loved the home!
