Rakaia Fishing Comp

As we were in the fishing competition, we were in-and-out super early and super late quite frequently! We had everything in our rental that we needed for our trip to go smoothly. Super handy to the township and river access, midway between the gorge and river mouth. Thank you for the great accommodation and experience, we highly recommend both the lifestyle block and Gretchen’s warm hospitality.

Lovely lifestyle farmstay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gretchen's while we built our new house around the corner. The cottage has everything you need for cooking and washing and the sky TV channels for the rainy days. The added bonus is all of the lovely farm animals which were brilliant entertainment for our toddler. Gretchen is also a wonderful host! We would definitely recommend staying here. 🙂
