This was a great vacation house. It was well stocked with essentials and had a terrific view. Floor plan easily accommodated two senior citizens as well as our daughter and family who joined us for a few days.

Very clean and a fun place to stay for the weekend. Loved the hot tub outside. We were there in april and the spring temperatures were great for the hot tub and looking at the views on the big deck.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay! The views were incredible and the young moose in the backyard on our last day of the stay was an awesome benefit as well. The cabin was very clean and the owners do a great job of providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. This cabin will be our first choice if it’s available the next time we come back. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!!

The place was so immaculate. It was basically Alaska in itself. We could’ve stayed there for the 11 days without leaving … by just staying at the house. What a view what a sense of local feeling that we had.

This is a very clean well laid out house perfect for a couple or if you’ve got a couple of kids, there’s plenty of room for them. It’s 20 miles from Anchorage, close enough to all the sites that you would like to see within driving distance. There’s plenty of shopping and grocery stores within 15 minutes of the house, but you feel secluded from the outside world with the house on the mountain side. The views are gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again if I visit this part of Alaska.

FABULOUS mountain valley views -- beyond our wildest dreams -- and you can HEAR the river below! We flew in from Florida and arrived after 2am -- thank God it was still light! Absolutely exceeded our expectations. No words could do this justice, so here's some photos. Deepest thanks to our Army veteran hosts -- looking forward to returning someday!
