The Space:

The cozy living space is filled with natural light from its oversized windows, making it bright and inviting. Get cozy on the comfy leatherette couch with soft throw pillows and a soft carpet for your tired feet. The minimalist rectangular coffee table perfectly blends with the classic TV console, making it the perfect spot for relaxation. Watch your favorite shows on the wide HD TV with the beautiful decor and serene settings.

The modern dining area has a round dining table and can comfortably seat four people to dine together. Whether you plan to simply eat outside, order online, or practice your cooking skills in the fully-equipped kitchen that has all the appliances that you need for cooking with a stove, microwave oven, cookware, dishes, silverware, and others, Not to mention the countertop with two high chairs that is perfect for a quick snack bite.

The bedroom celebrates class in an entirely different way. With a side table and lampshade accent, soft carpet, wall art, and a spacious, carefully organized built-in closet. It has a king-sized bed along with a comfortable hotel-quality mattress, linens, pillows, and fitted sheets. A dresser console with a flatscreen TV completes the space.

The en-suite bathroom is equipped with soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion for your comfort. There’s a communal toilet too, for your total convenience.

Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafés.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, frequent below and around the building to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem is also another option.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, Marina Towers Tram Station is only a 3 minutes ride if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. It is also connected to Damac Properties Metro Station (train) to conveniently take you to other premier location around the city like Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etc.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
