Peaks West 53 is a stylish and modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom corner townhome featuring three storeys located in Building 8 of the Peaks West complex.
The ground level features the garage and entryway leading up to the next floor. The second level features the kitchen, dining area, the main toilet bathroom, living room, and access to the hot tub area. The top level features the master bedroom with ensuite master bathroom, the second and third bedrooms, the main shower/tub bathroom, and in-suite laundry facilities.
The full kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar with seating for 4 as well as seating for 6 at the dining table. Off of the kitchen is access to your private hot tub and barbeque.
The living room has large windows and a sliding door with access to your private balcony so you'll get plenty of sunlight and be able to admire the mountain view. There is an electric fireplace, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a huge L-shaped couch so this is the perfect room to relax and snuggle up after a long day of play!
The master bedroom features a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a set of bunkbeds. The third bedroom features a set of bunkbeds. The living room couch has a pull-out futon.

Growing up in Squamish, my family always loved to ski Blackcomb and Whistler mountain. When I graduated, I worked as a ski instructor at Whistler and then at Sun Peaks as I was completing my education to become a teacher. It was during that time that I fell in love with Sun Peaks. Now, my brother and I have purchased a get-away home here on the mountain where we bring our young families. We hope that you enjoy our home-away-from-home as much as we do.
