I am a property manager in the US. I love the area, it is safe, there are miles of sandy beaches, cabanas around the pool for shade and the building is gated and close to everything. I have made many friends there.
Why they chose this property
I chose this property because of the view and quiet area.
What makes this property unique
Ocean view, views of pools and gardens, gated with 24 hour guards. The people you will meet will be come friends. Close to Bucerias and only 25 minutes to downtown Puerto Vallarta and 30 minutes north to Sayulita and San Pancho
