Small bedroom , double bed and shared bathroom, with only one other guest room next door called the Queen room).
Vegan continental breakfast included; cereal, toast, juice, fruit, tea and coffee.
The rooms have top quality linen, electric blanket, double doonas, heater, wifi, tv, fridge and lovely garden views. Right next door to Newstead Coles, chemist, cafes and restaurants, post office and Newstead Hotel across the road. Best value for money budget accomodation in Launceston.
Molly and Mr B the gentle dogs live here too. Pets allowed extra $25 per night -if pets are aggressive toward our submissive dog or any people in the house dogs and guest must leave immediately with no refund. Safety is paramount.
Sorry no cooking in the rooms.
There is free parking out front on the street and next door to Coles- no time restrictions apply.

Conveniently located near supermarket and on street parking. Comfy bed, soft towels in spacious private room. Highly recommended good value for money.

Good value for money. The small room had everything one could need for a short stay. Hostess was helpful and not intrusive.

About the host

Your host

Tom and I love all animals which means we are vegan. I am a vegan chef and opening a vegan wine bar and set dinner restaurant. I am also a professional level Auslan Interpreter. Tom and I are both keen trail runners and Tom is a bike enthusiast. Tom is head coffee roaster at Ritual Coffee and runs their Harvest Market coffee stall every Saturday morning

It is centrally located in Newstead- a stones throw from the supermarket, Newstead hotel, chemist, hairdresser, coffee shops, nail shop and the local major bus stop.
We are super cheap and provide lovely linen, top quality lush towels, bathroom products and a simple breakfast
