A very bright, nicely decorated apartment, recently renovated and featuring a small bedroom.
South-facing, beautiful view of the port of Cannes and the Palais des Festivals from the lounge.
1 bedroom apartment, central and well equipped.

LOCATION:
Four minutes from the Palais des Festivals, 50 meters from the sea.
Area typical of the old port and the Bas Suquet, situated at the foot of the Castle and the Church.
Adjacent to the famous pedestrian street of Le Suquet. The main shopping area is in the vicinity - restaurants, bars, shops, cinemas, etc.

Located on the 3rd floor of an old building; there is no lift. Access is possible through the pedestrianised street behind the building, so there are no steps.
New stairwell.

Cannes stay Aug 2017

Fantastic location. Very central for amenities... Shops, market, pharmacy etc. Appartement lovely, SO much so we're booking again for next year. Maria who is the lady who looks after the appartament is very accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Sandrine the owner is very good,at getting back to you promptly if you have a question? Throughout our stay we had no need to get intouch regarding anything. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS APPARTAMENT FOR A VACATION STAY. This has everything you need to be self catering on vacation.

Wonderful location, nice apartment

The location of this apartment is fantastic! It is close to all the major points of interest - the old town, the beach, the Palace of Festivals, shopping streets, etc. We couldn't have imagined a better location! The apartment is in a good condition, well maintained and with all the necessary things one would need during vacation. Sandrine, the owner, was very prompt in the process of booking and responded to all my inquiries in a fast manner and in perfect English (highly appreciated!). Thank you, Sandrine! l'appartement est très bien situé, j'ai adoré le quartier. La Croisette est en face, avec de belles balades sur le port et ses restaurants. Derrière l'appartement se trouve un joli quartier typique et le château de Cannes (avec son église à voir absolument) L'appart est super et bien équipé. Très propre.. Merci à Sébastien, le fils de la propriétaire pour son accueil

Très bel appartement avec une situation au top! La mer devant l'immeuble et derrière l'appartement, avec un accès direct, le joli quartier du Suquet avec ses restaurants typiques et ses rues anciennes. Nous avons adoré Sandrine est chaleureuse et son fils est super également J'espère revenir à Cannes et dans cet appartement au plu tôt

Perfect location

We spent a wonderful week in this bright, funky and well equipped apartment. We found the place to be clean and everything was just as described - in fact it exceeded our expectations. It is in a perfect location, on the edge of the old town overlooking the old port. Everything is nearby - restaurants, shops, beach, buses, trains, boats.. I think it ticked just about every box for me. Sandrine made the booking process easy and was very quick to respond to queries (in excellent English, in my case). Her charming son was waiting to greet us at the apartment we arrived and he kindly carried my case up the stairs, which was much appreciated as I would have struggled on my own! If/when we come back to Cannes, we will definitely try and book this apartment again.
