Located just a 5 minute walk away from the shops, restaurants & marina of Harbourtown, this comfortable ground floor villa (with no stairs!) within the Racquet Club community in Sea Pines Resort features peaceful wooded lagoon views from the living room, dining room and covered patio. Guests are also invited to use the Racquet Club community pool (open April - September) and the 4 community tennis courts. This is the ideal vacation home for an active family that would like to spend time at the beach, riding bikes, playing golf or tennis, or simply wanting to relax in a private setting.

Guests initially enter 2331 Racquet Club by walking from the parking area to the front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the living room. All of the rooms of the villa are located on this ground floor level. The living room connects to the dining room, the master suite, the guest bedroom and the guest bathroom. The dining room connects to the kitchen. You can access the covered patio from the living room and the dining room.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. A few of the restrictions are listed below but please access seapinesliving . com to read and download the complete listing. Motorcyles, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.



Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot.
