About this property

This beach rental house has 4 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms. There is a dedicated community pool for only a few houses. You are also only a few feet from the Dollar General for everyday supplies. Finally, you walk over to the Look Out lounge to see live bands and weekend night karaoke. The beach access is less than 500 feet away!

January 1 to March 1, 2024 discounts - 2 weeks-20%, 3 weeks-30%, 4 weeks or more-40%. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. The per pet fee is $75. Please do not book without prior approval for the pet. No more than two pets are considered. Youtube TV and Disney Plus are included. Under age 25 requires an additional $500 deposit collected after the booking. No house parties allowed.

Relaxing Getaway

The property was as pictured - absolutely beautiful. The rooms were well stocked with the necessities. The house is perfect for a family. The owners were easy to work with and the property manager made sure everything went well

Great Location and Large Rooms

We had a great time. We had one issue when we arrived, but property manager immediately got repairs done. The two upstairs bedrooms are both basically masters. Great Location with easy walk to beach.

Mexico Beach

The entire process was simple. We were able to enjoy our stay from the day we arrived until the day we departed. We travel to one of the Florida coasts every year and this year was the most enjoyable so far. Beautiful property and surrounding beaches!
