This was lovely and large home for my family of 8 people. We had space to hangout together as a family and our own space away from each other. The only reason it gets a 4 star review is because of the wear and tear of the furniture that comes from renting out a place. It made me anxious to use anything because it could break which affected my experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad your family of 8 enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and having both areas to gather together and spaces to relax separately. We’re especially sorry to hear that the condition of some of the furniture made you anxious about using it. We want every guest to feel completely comfortable using and enjoying everything in our home. Our homes are vacation rentals, and we understand that furniture naturally experiences wear and tear with frequent use. We are constantly making enhancements, replacing furnishings, and updating the home to maintain a comfortable, high-quality experience for our guests. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to host your family again and provide an even better experience!

Great location for Disney, house was as pictured/advertised. Great for a large family, we had our children and grandchildren, 14 in all. Kids loved the heated pool. Kitchen was big enough for feeding this whole group. It was far from Universal with spring break traffic, over an hour for under 25 miles.I would be happy to take the whole family again one day.

Home really needed cleaning. Very large & nice home but the cleanliness was lacking. Found several bugs on the beds and in the rooms / bathrooms. The pool heater you have to book in advance, the property manager will not come out during your stay to connect and if they do agree, they are charging more than the 30 stated initially. At least that was our experience - we called on a Sunday and were told it would be about 80 for that day since it was a Sunday - none of that was discussed previously - just the 30 fee for pool heating initially mentioned. The home is very spacious and there is a lot of decor but there are maintenance issues and cleanliness issues. Also, I didn’t mention to host but two of my kids feet were all cut up on the bottom of the pool - it’s very rough-would 100% recommend swimming shoes in the pool if you have littles that will be playing a lot in there.
Stayed 3 nights in May 2026
Response from VrboOwner on 20 July 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised by these comments, as we were not made aware of any cleanliness or maintenance concerns during your stay, and our team would have responded promptly to address them. These concerns are also not ones that have been raised by previous guests, which made them especially unexpected. Pool heat is an optional amenity at $30/night when reserved before arrival, as clearly outlined in our listing and pre-arrival information. Requests made after check-in require a technician to return to the home, which includes an additional trip fee. We're sorry your stay wasn't the 5-star experience we always strive to provide. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we're given the opportunity to make things right, and we remain committed to providing the exceptional experience our guests have come to expect.

We’re truly surprised to read this review — all of our communication during and after your stay was very positive, and you even mentioned that the few things you noticed were “no problem for us at this point but wanted to give you a heads up.” Our property manager was in direct contact with you throughout your stay and would have been more than happy to walk you through the outside amenities or address anything on the spot, especially something as simple as replacing batteries (extra batteries are kept at the home). We pride ourselves on being responsive and helpful, so we’re disappointed we didn’t get the chance to resolve this for you in real time. We always appreciate feedback and wish we had known that these items impacted your stay more than you expressed during your visit. If there’s anything further you’d like to share, we’re here and happy to listen. Thank you for staying with us.

Great location with lots to do

We came as a family group of 12 to hitnsome tbeme parks and beaches and this is about as central as you can get for all of it. The property was clean, we absolutely loved the pool. We wish we weren't so busy so we could have enjoyed the house even more. Definitely recommend becaue you have so much more versatility compared to a hotel. We would absolutely stay again.
