2363 square feet of mountain living; large deck; Lots of room to spread out. Only minutes to Pinecrest Lake. Easy access to Hwy. 108. You won't want to leave! (Cleaning Fee: $225) NOTE: WiFi is available, but this time due to Elevation, cell phone service may or may not work, depending on your provider, AT&T tower is now active just a stone throw away.
GUESTS BRING THEIR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS. Should you opt not to bring your own, you may rent them from THVR at a cost of $15/bed which includes the sheets for the bed and towels for however many the bed sleeps. We just need to know which beds you will be using and we need to know you have chosen this option no later than 7 days prior to arrival.

Parking is LIMITED During Snow removal season.

Perfect Vacation Getaway for Snowtrip

We shortlisted this well furnished vacation rental looking at the pics listed on the site and were really impressed with the details when we visited it.. Its located perfectly near to the highway with a gas/grocery outlet close by and a very nice and quiet neighboorhood. Had a pool table and smart tv, that has icing on the cake, plus lots of games, that will keep the kids engrossed.. All in all a perfect getaway spot if you want to visit Dodge ridge or Leland snow play areas. We had a good time relaxing :)..

Not good.. Save yourself

When we arrived, the house was not cleaned. When we contacted the manager, he said I forgot and that I could refund you the cleaning fee. This is ridiculous. The heaters were not working, and the thermostat was broken. The house was not inspected after the previous guest left. They took a security deposit of 300, which has not yet been refunded. For this reason, we will mail you a check. We have followed up multiple times with no date in sight. The room heaters are not working. Overall the experience was by far the worst.

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was really nice. It has everything you need. Rooms are great. Basement area with bar and pool table is awesome. Dinning area and kitchen a bit small. Decks are great.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thurs text to property manager who said everything would be ready for our Friday, Saturday night stay without of state family for a wedding. Rehearsal dinner at 5 on Friday, 9 of us went to cabin, it had not been cleaned. Thank goodness we checked cabin before we went to rehearsal dinner. Property manager able to contact someone to clean it before dinner. Parking of 3 cars an issue, but we knew that from write up. Light bulbs out in hallways, shower curtain liner moldy, trash compactor not work, management should physically check on property

Nice Cabin

I came across this property last minute and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised - the cabin was located just a little off the main road and very close to the lake; it was incredibly well stocked; it has 3 levels giving you plenty of privacy/space. The property management was super responsive. We had a nice stay. We are coming back this summer!
