Welcome to your home away from home!!! This warm and welcoming home is truly a Deer Valley Gem! Ideally located in a central lower Deer Valley location, you are 2 minutes to world-class skiing!

The main living area has two couches and a stone fireplace, which is great for cozy nights. A large hallway leads to a second living area with a plush sectional sofa, two recliner chairs, and a 64" flat-screen TV for movie nights. There's also a game table and a wet bar for entertainment.

The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The open-concept kitchen has a large island, small and large appliances, and a pantry stocked with essentials. The custom pinewood dining table seats up to 10 people, with extensions available for 12 guests.

Located off the kitchen is the private patio, where you will find a gas grill, a sitting area, and a private hot tub.

The first guest suite is located on the main floor and features a queen bed, a small flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub.

As you make your way up the stairs, you'll be greeted by a cozy sitting area and a selection of guest suites, each with its unique features and amenities.

With a short 2-minute ride to the base of the mountain, you can start your day skiing or snowboarding in no time. If you prefer to explore the town, the shuttle bus can take you there in just 5 minutes, giving you plenty of time to discover the shops, restaurants, and other exciting activities that Park City has to offer.
