Situated in a secure residential area called Aldea Zama, between Tulum beach and Tulum town with its own 24hr security. Just a short bike ride to the white sand beaches, turquoise sea and Tulum's famous bars, restaurants and Tulum Archeological site!

The space
This property is professionally managed to ensure you have a wonderful stay with 24-hour access to our team! Clean, air conditioned, a fully equipped kitchen, filtered water, high-speed WIFI and on-site FREE bikes, parking and laundry. Truely your home away from home!

This penthouse condo effortlessly blends modern architecture, locally sourced materials and beautifully designed handmade furniture giving this place the wow factor!

You will enjoy two tropical balconies plus a rooftop solarium with your own private plunge pool to allow indoor-outdoor living in complete privacy. The stylish rooftop also has a hammock, a built-in day bed and sun deck, and a lounge and bar area to keep your drinks cold.

The middle floor has two king size bedrooms. One with private balcony and en-suite bathroom, the other can be made up as either a king size bed or two twin beds. There is also another full bathroom on this floor. Towels and 100% cotton bed linen are provided for you and there is A/C in all rooms.

On the first floor is a workstation, large, fully equipped kitchen and dining area which leads through to the cozy lounge (pull-out sofa bed) and onto a lush balcony with seating area. Filtered drinking water is provided upon your arrival.

On the ground floor is the large, shared pool nestled amongst the trees with washrooms, dining and bar area. Here you'll also find bikes for use during your stay offered free of charge on a first come first served basis.

When you venture to the beach you'll do it in style with exclusive beach club access to the Papaya Playa Project, where you can enjoy use of their beach, sun loungers and discounts on food and drinks. Beach club access is free for the duration of your stay with us with us. Please be advised a reservation at the beach club is recommended to guarantee availability. We are happy to make reservations upon request.

ADDITIONAL POINTS
Please note this apartment is not suitable for small children due to the design of the stairs and the low rooftop edge
No parties or loud music
The private plunge pool on the roof is not heated

Guest access
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy privately, and the communal pool area on the ground floor is shared with other condominium guests and owners.
As this is a residential area, we ask you to refrain from playing any loud music.

Other things to note
The rooftop pool is a cold-water plunge pool with lights. It is NOT a heated jacuzzi.

During high season (over Christmas and most of January) bikes and beach club availability are on a first come first served basis. When the beach club is very busy or when they have private events they cannot guarantee beach club reservations. As a result the owners are not responsible for lack of availability of bikes or beach club, however we will do our best to assist you with an alternative beach club when possible.

Please also note that reservations for the beach club must be made for arrival at the beach club before 12 noon and should be made AT LEAST 48 hours in advance (via our property manager) to avoid disappointment. There is a 10% discount on food and no minimum spend for up to 4 guests, above 4 people a minimum spend may apply and there will be no discount on food/drink available. This is the policy of the beach club, not us.

Guest access
Taxis at the airport are extremely expensive. We recommend you avoid them, instead we recommend one of the options below:

-Paradise Experience Tours- Private Shuttle
Van seats up to 7 people. Cash payment only. Please ask for discount booking code. Must be arranged with 24hrs notice.

- ADO coach to Tulum town (then a short taxi to the apartment). Cheapest option and tickets can be bought from the stand at the airport, but can sometimes be the longest journey time if you have to wait for the coach to depart. They are usually every 20 mins but you may need to change in Playa Del Carmen if there is no direct service at the time you need.

- Super Shuttle, yellow and blue mini buses which are booked at the airport. Door to door service and one of the fastest options, although we would only advise you book this one-way from the airport to Tulum then get a taxi back to the airport at the end of your stay
Other things to note
Prior to your arrival you will receive a welcome email with instructions for self check in, directions, wifi access, beach club access information, local contact information and everything else you will need for your stay! We look forward to hosting you!
