Breathtaking views of Venus Bay, Anderson's Inlet and the Strzelecki Ranges. A newly renovated beach house situated on over an acre of native bushland and under 500m from the beach. Every window has an amazing view - even the laundry. Wake up to the chirping birds, the sound of waves and endless views. The 360 degree veranda enables you to take in your morning coffee whilst watching the sunrise (or from your bed) and most importantly watching the sunset over the sand dunes during wine time.
The space
There are three bikes for young children, one adult bike and a new table tennis table.
Outdoor dining for eight people, accompanied by a large stainless steel gas BBQ.
There is a blue tooth speaker for the house.
There is a dedicated "wine time" lounge area for taking in the sunset.
Plenty of outdoor lighting on the veranda to enjoy the evenings.
The indoor fire ensures the house is amazing for all seasons (firewood is not provided in the summer months).
Fully renovated throughout including new kitchen bench tops and appliances, new floors, freshly painted inside and out, induction cook top and newly carpeted bed rooms.
The house now also has NBN and Chrome Cast for the TV.
Guest access
The house is the most elevated residence in Venus Bay and sits on top of a sand dune at the end of a steep concrete drive way and is one of the most secluded houses in Venus Bay
The house is a raised 'Queenslander' style with stairs up to a wrap around veranda, which enables the amazing views over the tree tops.
Under the house there is covered parking for three cars and a table tennis table for the whole family.

The Venus Bay general store, cafes and restaurants are less than 1km away.
Venus Bay has one of the most amazing sand beaches and surfing in Victoria and also numerous bush walks.
Fishing - Venus Bay offers amazing surf fishing off the sand beach and also purpose built fishing spots along the Tarwin River.
It is 5 min drive to one of the best pubs in Australia, the quintessential county 'Riverview Hotel' (Tarwin Lower) with an amazing deck and acoustic music every Sunday.
