Level 5, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with outstanding ocean views and an additional bed to accommodate 5 guests.

There is air conditioning, Wifi, Foxtel and extensive water view to be had from inside and from a spacious balcony.
A King Bed with ensuite and 3 Single beds with the ability to zip 2 together to make a King all accommodate up to 5 guests.

Underground secure parking for 1 car.
Sirocco also offers a resort sun deck with a view, pool, spa, BBQ, and Gym.
Complementary Pool/Beach towels.

Only a short stroll to Mooloolaba Surf Club, Sealife aquarium, beautiful patrolled beaches, and many more local attractions making Mooloolaba the number one place to stay on the Sunshine Coast

Very clean apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery/crockery/glassware etc. Check in was easy at the G1 offices. 3 single beds in the second bedroom which would be convenient for more people and larger families. Shops and restaurants downstairs and parking was free on site. Comfortable stay with great views over the water. We would definitely stay again

Great location right opposite the beach. Walking distance to everything. Well equipped apartment. Highly recommend.

No mention we had to pick up keys from another location until booked. No mention of major beach refurb right in front of building. Bit of an eyesore. No mention at booking of constant workers going past our balcony doing tepairs. Very intrusive if just wanting to sit on balcony and while workinghalfpool closed

Good family getaway

Can’t fault G1 Property but as we did not book directly through Mantra Sirocco the staff their basically refused to assist us. The apartment did not come with pool/ beach towels and Mantra refused to provide us with any. Same for when we found ourselves locked out of our room. They refused to program a new key for us. Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great, good value location

A lovely apartment right in the middle of the action on Mooloolaba 'parade'. Great views, nice big deck, well appointed apartment, comfy bed. Highly recommend staying here.
