Recently updated spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, Bass Lake Marina View home, in private community with boat dock.

5 minute walk to lake. Just 15 miles to South Gate of Yosemite!

Sleeps 8 comfortably, or up to 10 on additional blow up bed.

Enjoy coffee or BBqing on one of the 2 HUGE wrap-around decks while watching the lake through the pine trees - or while enjoying our hammocks! HUGE Master Suite downstairs, with private bath and deck.

Main Floor boasts spacious family room with fireplace, open dining area and kitchen, plus 2 more spacious bedrooms and 1 large bath. Laundry is in Bathroom on main floor. DISH TV and Internet FREE.

Large upper deck is great for fresh air dinners.
BBQ on deck while watching the serene (non wake zone) part of the lake below. We are on deep side of lake near the dam.

Private BOAT SLIP

Brand new carpet and flooring! Small Shed-less DOGs ONLY are ok. 17 lbs or under, non shedding potty trained dog welcome. No exceptions!!

Maximum is 10 guests. NO SMOKING of any kind. No exceptions.

Private Dock included for $30 per day.

Vacation with the grandkids

What a great property and hosts. Beautiful home just a short walk to the lake and private marina with boat slip. We all had a great time using rhe dock for swimmimg and was so convenient to have the boat slip. Home is outfitted with every amenity. 2 gorgeous decks with BBQ, a wonderful spot to enjoy morning coffee and watch sunsets over the lake. Hosts were amazing offering the use of chairs, floats, fishing poles etc. Nick graciously called to share a wealth of information about the area. Our family had a great time and will definitely be back. What a joy having this wonderful home to use for our vacation with the grandkids Would highly reommemd this home for your visit to Bass Lake !!! Great home great hosts!

Great weekend with a great location

Family enjoyed the stay and would do so again. Great views from the deck and nice size for the family. Owners were super responsive and friendly hosts! Only call out is the driveway is steep and water is close but the boat slip is better if driven to, minor items in comparison to the fun had!

Father's Day weekend fun

We had a great time at Bass Lake and the house was perfect for our family. We loved the location and the great patio and views. The house had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room and great views. Thank you for sharing your home.
