A fully furnished condo with full kitchen, 2 washrooms, main bedroom with king bed, New queen sofa bed and bunks for the kids. Enjoy the 70 inch smart TV with secure wifi. A dedicated workspace and a well appointed balcony complete the condo. The property boasts with 2 heated pools, hot tub, charcoal & gas grills. Also, a tiki bar and beautiful dock with gazebo complement the guest experience. There is also a games room for the kids and two exercise rooms. This is comfort, great amenities with a million dollar view!

This property is close to just about everything you could imagine....restaurants, stores, attractions, golf courses, one hour from the Space Coast. One destination solves all your vacation desires!
What makes this property unique
My condo is on the 3rd floor (elevator access) and overlooks Lake Bryan. The calmness of the lake and trees surrounding it provides a feeling of relaxation. Meanwhile, the property is so close to all vacation needs and wants.
