Welcome to our Newly Renovated Cottage! A Modern Farm-style Cottage Bungalow, with a 100' LAKEFRONT property displaying the most Spectacular Sunsets. Amazing Fishing on our Lake. The Kitchen/Bathrooms are all New! The interior is tastefully decorated with a Catherdral ceiling in Great room. A large Harvest table to enjoy large Family gatherings and meals. Including a Screened Sunroom and a Large outdoor Patio Deck. A perfect vacation on the lake, with a Private Dock and Sprawling Yard for many to Enjoy! Only 1.5 hour drive from Toronto with a 4 min drive to the neighbourhood Lcbo/convenience/fruit & veg. market.
Kitchen is Fully Equipped.
Coffee makers(drip and a Keruig/toaster oven/toaster/kettle etc available.
All kitchen necessities ie: plates, cups, utensils, wine glasses, etc available.
Included are 7 Beds, accommodating 12 persons. Also 2 couches for additional sleeping space.
Many blankets/throws, towels and all bed linens are included for your use.
HDMI cord availble for connecting personal computers to the large screen TV
Free WIFI and air printer available with an office work space.
Indoor Fireplace (Wood NOT supplied)
Washing Machine and Dryer available.
Spacious and Fully screened in sunroom with extra sleeping.
You have an outdoor fire pit for use. As well as a 14' row boat and 2 Kayaks.
Also a propane Barbecue on a convenient side deck just off the kitchen for your cooking pleasure. (Propane supplied)
We have many life jackets and some outdoor games, etc available in a large storage bin on lake side. Fishing on and off dock is Great!
There are many books and board games and gaming consoles available for use.
