Cook stay.

All good except key lock box was open with keys in it when we arrived. Also, couldnt shut back screen door properly.

Never stay here

This property is managed by Made Comfey, who were happy to take my money and confirm my booking, but wouldn’t release any check in details without me providing photo Verification of identity. This requirement was not listed in the listing on Stayz. I had already started traveling and did not have access to any device other than my phone, on which the provided link would not work. Multiple phone calls and lots of yelling later, we finally managed to make it work after trying 3 different phones. The company was no help and had no other solutions other than stating they had a process to follow and would not release the check in details until completed. Too bad if you don’t have a smart phone. Will never stay in any property that is managed by this company again.

As part of our booking process, we do require all guests to have ID verification, this process is very similar to a hotel that would require this on check-in. Our guests have a convenient self-check-in which means verification takes place digitally before arrival and before we can provide check-in details.
