With an open concept living space, four spacious bedrooms, and a den, our beautiful home has plenty of room for the whole family. Once you arrive, you'll have nothing to worry about. Our home is brand new construction and has been decorated with comfort and luxury in mind. Meal prep in our gorgeous, well-stocked kitchen with all new appliances, gather with family in the welcoming living room, and rest your head in one of the inviting bedrooms. Then head out for the day and enjoy all the fun and amenities that Harbor Club and South Haven have to offer.

Living Spaces
After a day out exploring Lake Michigan, our comfortable sectional sofa will be calling your name. Put on a movie, cuddle up and relax with the family in the open living room.
Want some time to yourself or a place to contain the kids? Right off the kitchen is a cozy carpeted den with a sleeper sofa. Grab a book and relax on the couch in a quieter part of the house, or set the kids up with some toys and games in their own area right in your line of sight.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
The outdoor association swimming pool (closest to the Marina) is open and heated Memorial Day - Labor Day. The indoor association swimming pool (closest to the home) is open and heated year round. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
When you're ready to meal prep, head to the open, spacious kitchen, where you'll still be part of the action. With its beautiful dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and chic light fixtures, everyone will want to hang out in the kitchen with the chef. Grab a stool at the island's countertop with seating for three and chat about your day while dinner is cooking. Perfect for sit-down meals where you plan your next adventures or rowdy game nights where you challenge the family, the wooden dining table seats four and is right in the middle of the action, between the kitchen and living room. Or fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco on the patio to extend the outdoor fun.

Bed & Bath
With four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, everyone can have their own space. Traveling with couples? Leave Bedroom 3's King bed as is. Visiting with a group of friends or kids who want their own bed? We can separate the King into two twins as needed. For a little extra space, use the den's sleeper sofa. Whichever room you choose, sink into a comfortable bed in a well-appointed room and dream the night away.

Outdoor Spaces
Grab a cup of coffee and head outside to the patio to enjoy some fresh air. Relax at the table and plan the day's adventures. Then walk a short distance to the marina to rent a kayak or paddleboard, go swimming in the pool, or play games in the clubhouse.
