The Park Condominiums which was built in 2014, has an incredible 7th floor rooftop terrace with 360 degree spectacular views of the Sierra Madre Mountains, the Bay of Banderas and the city of Puerto Vallarta. There is also ample shaded area, a fabulous infinity pool, 2 Jacuzzis, gas grill BBQ, refrigerator with ice maker and small kitchen area to prepare your meal. If you would prefer to sit and relax, you can also enjoy the free Wi-Fi. The building also is equipped with a full size gym area at no extra charge for their guests. The Park Condominiums are literally steps away from some of the finest restaurants, art galleries and nightclubs that Puerto Vallarta offers. This modern condo is just one block from wonderful Los Muertos Beach and the Malecon.

The Park Unit 507, located on the 5th floor of the building, is a 915 sq. ft. is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom plus den/second bedroom that offers partial views of the Bay of Banderas and the surrounding mountains of the Sierra Madre. The unit has air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

Kitchen
The kitchen is also equipped with everything that you would find in a gourmet kitchen including a six burner gas stove top, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee make - all stainless steel, with granite counter/bar seating for three. There is also a washer and dryer, wireless internet with goxogle mesh extenders, and a Vonage line for free local calls to Canada, the United States and Mexico.

Living Room
The designer decorated living room is equipped with air conditioning, a 55 Flat Screen Smart TV with surround sound and Amazon Firestick service featuring over 900 channels from the United States, Canada, Mexico and other international offerings. Comfortable living room seating and the adjoining balcony is perfect for entertaining; enjoying the view of the para-sails floating over the beaches, or taking in the mountain views surrounding Old Town.

Principal Bedroom
The Principal Bedroom features a King Size Bed which is a Tempur-Pedic Mattress. Rest and enjoy another Flat Panel Smart TV with surround sound and Amazon Firestick and make this a relaxing restful retreat, with a device charging station, safe in closet, robes, wood hangers, bathroom, celling fan and air conditioning.

Den/Second Bedroom
The den/second bedroom offers a convertible sofa making into a twin sized bed and luxury linens, closet books, desk board games, celling fan and air conditioning.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. 
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone  (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.

Please note Old Town/Zona Romantica is a relatively busy area within the city of Puerto Vallarta. You are in close proximity to city bus routes that offer daily service from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m., which provide easy access to downtown destinations and the surrounding areas. You are also in easy walking distance to a vibrant entertainment district in the evenings you may hear music from nearby bars and clubs, and the sounds of people enjoying these late night/early morning venues
Puerto Vallarta is a safe, moderately large, bustling city with plenty of old world Mexican charm, with all the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. Enjoy daily walks along the Malecon (boardwalk), visit the beach, fine galleries, amazing restaurants, outstanding stage shows and nightspots. You are just steps away from all the excitement.

Construction Notice
Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been a noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and may cause some noise and dust. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the additional activity during the day.
