Everything we needed.

This apartment was exactly what we needed on a trip to visit friends in Windsor. The beds were comfortable and it had a well equipped kitchen. The porch was a nice place to have my morning coffee. We didn't use the community amenities but it was a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The owner was quick to respond when I had a question my first day there. It was just what we needed.

Great time in northern CO

This was a perfect location for us to be! Enjoyed a week with friends exploring northern CO. Windsor is a great location. Really enjoyed having the garage. AC works great, but works hard and is pretty loud. Beds are very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed.

Cute little apartment with everything we needed for our short stay in Winsor to visit friends. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to Loveland and Ft. Collins.

Perfect Stay

My wife and I stayed for two weeks while in town for business. Property was perfect for the two of us. Very quiet, comfortable and close to amenities. As a former residence of Windsor and the Water Valley neighborhood, it felt like home. Thank you!
