Cottage on Lords - Pet Friendly
This beautifully renovated cottage gives you all that you want from a holiday getaway. It’s features include 3 large bedrooms, bathroom and laundry and a stylish fully equiped kitchen.
With an open layout perfect for entertaining, guests are invited to kick-back and enjoy a glass of local Orange wine or relax while watching popular streaming service’s on our smart TV.
Now with a fully enclosed secure backyard for the pets when you decide to venture out.
This charming cottage is uniquely positioned with only a short stroll to the busy town centre.
HISTORY
Melissa and Myself were lucky enough to be the third owners of this beautiful 1941 cottage . Our rear neighbour grew up in this home, which just adds to a great neighbourhood feel. We have a lot of great memories here with our young family and 2 Cavoodles. Unfortunately work has taken Melissa to Newcastle so we decided to turn the home into a BNB. I still work at the local mine which enables me to maintain and keep improving the standards of the home. Hopefully guests can bring their pets along and the home can create many more fantastic memories like it has for us.

~ Dog bed, rug and toys for the pooch
~ Assorted games
~ Iron and ironing board
~ BBQ
~ Outdoor dining area
~ Help yourself to the herb and vegetable garden
~ Driveway, Carport and plenty of street parking

HEATING/COOLING
We had a large gas heater that heats the main area and brand new Mitsubishi split systems in the main area and 3 bedrooms.

Situated on historic Lords place, this beautiful wide street boasts a many beautiful home on a pleasant walk to the CBD cafes and restaurants.
With an open layout perfect for entertaining, guests are invited to kick-back and enjoy a glass of local Orange wine or relax while watching popular streaming service’s on our smart TV.
