We had a wonderful weekend in Niagara. Jason was super responsive and answered me within minutes of asking anything. The place was quiet and lovely to spend our time while visiting family.

This property was one of the best we’ve stayed at. We travelled with friends for a birthday. The location was perfect and quiet. The resort was immaculate and we loved having the ability to have a fire when we wanted to. The host, Jason was incredible to deal with. He was responsive and fast to assist when we needed it. I would recommend this stay to anyone travelling to Niagara. Thank you Jason and family for sharing your vacation rental with us!!!

The unit was clean and comfortable. They had fresh flowers and cold water ready for our arrival. It is very close to the pool and all recreational activities. We had a lovely stay and made a great home base for the region but also offered a great stay and play day in the pool for the kids.

The Vrbo was very clean. Talking with the owner the night we got there was a very quick response. Checking in at the front gate was very easy and the staff were very nice. The furnishings were very comfortable to sit and sleep in. If you had children, there were many toys and stuffed animals. Two of the bedrooms also had bunkbeds which we were aware of but for a family with children that would’ve been very good.On the downside, All three bedrooms were extremely small. Including the master bedroom, which had a nice size bed, but minimal walking room and to find the electric outlet you had to get on your knees because it was hidden under a small cabinet. As far as three bedrooms, it was very difficult if you had to turn around or even get dressed in the room. There were no dressers and only the master bedroom had a closet. Our first night there we did not even see any towels and that is why we communicated with the owner and he did say there were towels in the closet in the bedroom however there were no washcloths. There were actually enough towels for us, but there certainly could have been more. There was only one container of soap on the bathroom sink. No soap for showering. There were fruit flies throughout the mobile home and we did notice that at other restaurants. However. there are fruit fly traps that could have been placed inside so as not to be bothered by them. The location was very nice for traveling to Niagara Falls or Niagara on the lake.

We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify a few details for future travelers: • Essential Supplies: Extra towels, additional pillowcases, and toilet paper are always fully stocked in the closet for guest convenience, as we confirmed during your stay. • Property Details: Photos and accurate floor plans are provided on our listing so prospective guests can review bedroom dimensions and layouts before booking. • Maintenance: We inspect the home thoroughly between stays and have not experienced fruit fly issues, though regional seasonal insects can occasionally pop up outdoors. We’ve also promptly replaced the LED bulbs in the unit to eliminate any flickering. We value all feedback as we continue offering a comfortable, high-quality stay for our guests. Safe travels!

We had a great stay. The veranda was lovely, as was the option to have a barbecue.The mobile home was clean and equipped with everything we needed.The children each had their own bedroom with bunk beds. However, the mattress in the master bedroom is due for replacement, as is the tap in the bathroom.Good to know: there are sun blinds for all the windows, but they don't block out the light completely.Unfortunately, the large swimming pool at the campsite was unusable due to flooding, though this was beyond Jason's control. The small pool was open, however.

Another great Vineridge stay

This was our second stay at the resort and first stay with this host and it was great. The location is ideal for sightseeing during the day and the setting, amidst vineyards, was really relaxing for the evenings. Lots for the kids to do while at the resort. Jason was a super host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A good stay but unhappy ending

We had a good stay in the cottage. The location and the property condition was good. We had a good time there. In the end, I was requested to pay $500 for a tiny dent on the floor, which was so tiny it could hardly be seen. The owner insisted it was made during my stay to which I didn't agree, because none of us dropped anything to dent it. This tiny dent is not worth of $500 and is a loss to me by just renting his cottage. Ending like this really ruined my experience. The next renter, if you can, would better double check there is no anything like that as soon as you check in and report it to the management to avoid being charged by the owner. Is this a way to make an extra money? By the way, I still haven't received my receipt as promised yet.

Great stay

We had a quick one night trip to Niagara with a group of friends. Great location, front desk staff are super helpful. We had a small hiccup but Jason was super responsive and able to fix our issue immediately. Will definitely book here again if I’m travelling with a bigger group to NOTL.
