We were in Billings for a probate hearing for my father’s estate. The owner was very kind & did a great job communicating with us. We enjoyed the treat she left us in the refrigerator!

Just Right for our Billings Stay

We rented this nice little home a second time, to visit our daughter about 1 mile away. It is easy access to everything necessary for your Billings trip, and near a big park with good walking paths for a morning stroll. The house suited us (a retired couple) and would be fine for a family with young children. With only one bathroom, multiple adults might be a little harder. Appointments in the house are thoughtful and furnishings are excellent. Everything needed is found in the kitchen (Keurig, no coffee pot) and laundry. A great place to stay.

Safe, clean , located in established neighborhood

Comfortable property with all the little extras throughout. Kitchen is well stocked with nice pans, utensils . Close to shopping and easy access to all Billings has to offer. Wifi was great (we remote worked two of our days) . Nice to have off street parking. Owner notes number of steps in listing, but as I work with aging adults in my profession. A handrail on entry steps and a grab bar in the tub would help make the home more accessible.

Don’t judge a book by the cover!

Beautifully renovated home that has all you will need. Great central location. Rooms are large in size and beds are very comfortable. TV room is awesome and has Smart TV to easily cast your apps from your mobile phone. WiFi is strong. The home is in an older neighborhood but the renovation and decor are fantastic. Would easily return to this home. Entry/Exit was super easy and did not need to contact owner for anything though they did check in and are there for any issues that may arise.

We stayed in this cozy home for six nights so that we could help our daughter and her new husband move into their new house, about 2 miles away. The home was perfect for the two of us and with three bedrooms it would have worked with children quite well (one bath might make it tougher for multiple adults). The home was quite clean, plenty of kitchen supplies and linens, great congregating spaces. Fall had arrived and it was chilly, so we did not use the outdoor space - it looked pleasant and probably very nice in summer. Neighborhood was very quiet.

The house looks just like the pictures. Great location close to everything you want or super easy to get from. We stayed a week. The house is well stocked, laundry needs, shower supplies, love the little first aid kit. The beds are super comfortable. The big couch is so cozy. I love the tv room is separate from the livingroom. Perfect stay for family. Had games and books and fenced back yard. On quiet street. The neighbors are really friendly. The Rose park is less than a 3 min walk great playground, tennis courts basketball has out door pool sand volleyball. Take your own sporting equipment. Loved this... No more hotels for our Billings stays. Only here Step going down into tv room. Not a big step just a step and outside has 2 steps into house. Drive way smooth and has covered parking. I just mention steps incase of mobility. Perfect place perfect stay host fabulous

Overall stay was great house was set up well for passing through. Nice coffee set up, nice beds, nice TV/movie room. Only suggestion would be to get a higher powered water heater as shower was luke warm after short use.

The perfect house in an ideal location

We rented this home for a week prior to dropping our daughter off at Rocky Mountain College. It was in a great location for our needs and we particularly enjoyed visiting the Rose Park pool in the afternoon. House was exactly as described in the listing and Jill went above and beyond to ensure we had all that we needed. The house was perfectly appointed for our needs!
