This unit could not be better located. It is centrally located to walk everywhere (restaurants, shopping, parks,....) in the Miraflores area. We always felt safe.It is well stocked with household supplies. The lack of a/c was never an issue except to help reduce city noise & grime.We could not have had a better host and building manager to help us with day to day questions. Very responsive!

Our Stay in Lima

The location was wonderful. The most quiet place I have ever stayed while in Lima. Was quite pleased with that aspect. My wife loved the apartment. If she is happy so am I. Our host was equally wonderful. Highly recommend this property.

A Special Holiday

My grandson and his family and I shared this lovely apartment in a good location in Miraflores from December 23 through December 29, 2023. We spent Christmas there and were comfortable and safe during our stay. We liked the 24/7 doorman and the location, near the ocean and close to Larcomar and other entertainment.

We had such an amazing time! Vanessa is best host I have ever had. She's great! The location is the best. Walking distance to many beautiful spots in Miraflores. I highly recommend it and would definitely go back again. Thank you Vanessa for being so helpful and attentive with us. Happy Holidays!

Very nice but noisy

Overall a nice condo but that area is no longer quiet due to constant traffic and barking dogs.Concierges were very pleasant and helpful.The condo needs more fans as Miraflores is more humid now in summertime due to climate change.I still would recommend this condo to families to enjoy their stay in Miraflores

Best Place To Stay In Miraflores!!

A beautiful condo in a perfect location! Couldn't have been happier with this spacious & well equipped condo. Nice little view of the ocean from the balcony made a great place to spend my early mornings with a cup of coffee & a book. The bedrooms have an amazing amount of storage that allowed us to completely unpack for our two week stay & feel totally at home. The kitchen had everything we needed & was ample & spacious. The location of the condo is superb!! Just a 1/2 block away from Parque Del Amor & a short walk to Larcomar for shopping & food. The Wong grocery story was only a 5 minute walk as well & made it easy for us to stock up on the essentials. The condo has a 24/7 security guard & they were all phenomenal & very helpful with any of our needs & concerns. The property manager, Vanessa, was really great & always very quick to respond & always available to answer any of our questions. Our stay here was very positive & we loved our time at the condo(Gracias, Vanessa!) My only suggestions are: 1) We didn't know that the hot water heater needed to be turned ON when we arrived. Our first morning arriving we all took cold showers. Should have been "on" or have instructions on arrival. 2) A condo manual would have been really helpful. Figuring out things like the TV remotes, laundry, trash, etc. were challenging. 3) The main TV internet reception was poor & needs upgrading. Overall, we LOVED our stay & we hope to be back again one day staying at this fabulous condo!!

The location and safety of this apartments are excellent. The place was clean but need a few repairs such as electrical outlet in the kitchen with exposed wires etc. The communication with the owner flawless but unfortunately the site manager was terrible. We could not work remotely since our check in until 2 days before checking out due to lack of WiFi. The whole purpose of renting this unit was to be in a central location close to restaurants and theaters and being able to work remotely. My parents live in Lima but in La Molina, a neighborhood that depending on traffic is 1-2.5 hrs away from Miraflores and the ocean. The plan as explained to the owner before booking was to stay in a location where my mother could stay without us relax and go places without spending 2-5hrs on the road. Needless to say we had to travel daily to La Molina in order to complete reports and check on our patients, ( as physicians we always keep track of daily issues at work). The manager left Lima for the weekend and after multiple phone calls and 3 days without Internet he showed up at 11pm to try to reconnect the system after we told him the password he sent us was the router code! He was unable to meet with a technician at the apartment due to his primary job and expected us to wait and meet with the tech! We got WiFi connection after 5 days, 2 days before departure. The tech informed us they have tech support 24x7 but the manager was to busy to solve the problem in a timely manner!
